"Had a decent experience untill I got home and realized my hair was butchered. It was a 1.5 hour wait and Sunday is my only day off, so I had no time to back and have it fixed. My wife did it for me. I called back to get a refund, and that didn't go well. Not going back. Not happy"

"Worst Sport Clips experience ever! Don't waste your time by going here. My stylist Jack seemed to hate his job and wanted me out of his chair as soon as possible. His behavior was so obviously apathetic that I don't know how the other stylists and managers don't see it. I can only believe that they see it and feel the same way. Stay away"

"Absolutely terrible experience. I asked for a 5 and went home with a buzz cut. I had tried sportsclips because my friends had suggested it and was completely disappointed in what they did to me. I had an important event three days after my haircut and I wanted my hair to be neat. But, instead, i lacked hair."

"Sports Clips has an on line sign in that take preference to people wait in the shop. I experience going from number two with a 5 minute wait, to number seven with a 17 minute wait. Their Idea is get as many people in the shop as possible and hoping none will leave. I not only left, but plan never to return"

"Starting off with a big, "REALLY??" I'm a normal person who works from 9-6 everyday like most of us. I get there at 7:15 or so and there are 3 people waiting. Why does this place earn it's one star though? they DO close in 45 minutes, right? that would be reasonable to respectfully explain... but they handle the situation like garbage. The turnover here is unacceptable and have gone through 3 stylists and they keep getting new ones. So I'm not politely asked to leave from a nice and familiar face. Some random lady keeps saying, "you didn't check in with the app so we won't be able to get to you today." NO sorry, NO here's 50% off your next visit, just a "get out" vibe. As if this place wasn't on the decline anyways, go anywhere else."
